I actually wouldn't recommend nesting libraries into other libraries, as running an update could potentially wipe things out (theoretically shouldn't, but not worth the risk IMO). I can clearly see the library, and know it's the correct version. Click on activate and then restart your Mac. When I go to add the Kontakt Factory Library back into the Libraries tab in Kontakt 5.3.0, I am getting a dialog box that says: Kontakt 5 No library found.
